Max Landis makes some really good points about The Man of Steel and Superman, and has some interesting insight on cape movies that I hadn’t really thought about(the rock star bit, not the countless city destroying final acts).
Some of the reward art I liked from the missions in Dragon’s Crown, the use of color is flawless.
On a side note Owl bears should exist, that’s a combination the makers of Avatar the last Airbender would be proud of :P

You know what series never really gets a fair shake? Resident Evil. I’m not talking about the hugely successful game franchise, I’m talking about the hugely successful movie franchise. The 3D holiday mainstay that keeps putting food on Leeloo’s table, it just never gets the chance to be what it could.
The Candy Cab Project - Capcom Edition
I spent a whole month modelling these low poly arcade cabinets just for fun (and practice with Cinema 4D). These sitdown and upright arcade cabinets were released in Japan between 1988 and 1995 by Capcom. You can find more information about them in here.

Writing a post without using a tag is like shouting into a void, which is fine because tonight I need to tell the entirety of Tumblr, that they’re mostly wrong. You know those post you read every month or so about Disney, and white washing, and being 14 and refusing to delve into other media that may possess broader characters and scenarios than the sterile pablum made for the masses that you consume/complain about? Those posts aren’t exactly wrong, they’re just pointing the gun in the wrong direction. Do you know why we actually need better representation in our media? Because broader representation means not having to work closing shift alone with your French coworker whose context for America is based on the movies we send over seas.
